Terms & conditions (Accommodation)
- Rooms at the hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking, and it is advisable to book early to secure your reservation.
- These rates are valid for the Alucast 2026 - 10th December - 12th December Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi.
- Check in 09th December - Check out 12th December 2026.
- Room rates are applicable on a per room per night basis.
- Accommodation with Buffet Breakfast.
- Minimum Length of Stay 3 Nights at each hotel is mandatory.
- GST of 18% would be applicable.
- The check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and the check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
- In case of early arrival, room(s) should be booked from the previous day for immediate occupancy.
- To secure your room reservation, a 100% advance payment towards the room(s) booked is required.
- In the event that your first preference hotel is not available, we will confirm a room at the next available preferred hotel. Any price difference between the original booking and the alternative hotel, if applicable, will need to be paid by the guest.
- 100% Cancellation (no refund will be made).

- Validity of Rates: The above-mentioned transportation rates are valid only for Alucast 2026.
- The above rates apply for durations of 8hrs/80kms. After that any additional time or distance beyond these limits will incur extra charges as specified above.
- Charges will be assessed from garage to garage & toll parking fees applied as per actual.
- All Kind of Parking, Parking, Permit, Boarder Tax will be extra as per actual.
- GST of 18% would be applicable.
- Revision of Rates: The quoted prices are based on the current market conditions, fuel rates, taxation structure, and government policies applicable at the time of quotation.

In case of any changes after the validity period, including but not limited to:
a) Changes in applicable taxes or taxable value by the Government authoritiesb) Increase in fuel prices (diesel/petrol/CNG, etc.)
c) Increase in vehicle operating costs, permits, tolls, insurance, driver charges, or any other transportation-related expenses the above-mentioned rates shall be subject to revision accordingly. - Any new Government rules, regulations, statutory amendments, or compliance requirements affecting transportation services will be applicable and charged additionally, wherever required.
