  • All bookings are facilitated by LGT Holidays (Travel Agent), who shall be solely responsible and liable to confirm the hotel booking as per the requirements of the guest. The Organizers of ImagiNxt 2026 are not responsible in any manner whatsoever in the event, due to any reasons whatsoever, the Hotel refuses to honour its commitment or there is any deficiency in service by the Hotel and/or the Travel Agent.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • The standard check-in time is at 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is at 11:00 hrs.
  • In case of early arrival, it is advisable, that room(s) be booked from the previous day for immediate occupancy.

Booking Guarantee:

  • To secure your room reservation, a 100% advance payment is required. No confirmation is granted unless the payment is reflected.

Alternative Hotel Booking:

  • Always share your order of preference of Hotel and rooms, in order to enable options to be shared.
  • In the event that your first preference hotel /room is not available, then as per the preference shared, a room at the next available preferred hotel would be allotted.
  • Any price difference between the original booking and the alternative hotel, if applicable, will need to be paid by the guest.

Hotel Facilities and In room services:

  • The Guest, shall be solely responsible for making payment towards any/all paid facilities of the Hotel including but not limited to in room dinning, spa, alcohol etc.
  • The hotel, will insist on a credit card to be kept on record at the time of check – in.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received before 60 (sixty) days prior to check-in date, then 01 (one) night room tariff will be charged as retention.
  • Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to check in date, results in Full retention (no refund will be made).

  • The above rates apply for durations of 8hrs/80kms. Beyond that that any additional time or distance will incur extra charges as specified above, which shall be borne and paid additionally by the guest.
  • Charges will be assessed from garage to garage.
  • Road Toll & parking fees shall be applicable at actuals, payable by the Guest.
  • Goods and Service Tax (GST) as applicable would apply additionally.

Booking Guarantee:

  • To secure your transport, a 100% advance payment is required.

Cancellation Policy:
