About Windergy India

Windergy India 2026 will be held from 7 – 9 October 2026 at Chennai, India.   • Room rates are applicable on a per room per night basis and applicable for minimum length of stay for 2 nights

  • GST of 18% would be applicable.
  • Only for Pullman Chennai Anna Salai: Two-way shuttle service.
  • Additional cost: INR 1,000 per person only for shuttle service.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • The standard check-in time is at 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is at 11:00 hrs.
  • In case of early arrival, room(s) should be booked from the previous day for immediate occupancy.

Booking Guarantee:

  • To secure your room reservation, a 100% advance payment towards the room(s) booked is required.

Alternative Hotel Booking:

  • In the event that your first preference hotel is not available, we will confirm a room at the next available preferred hotel.
  • Any price difference between the original booking and the alternative hotel, if applicable, will need to be paid by the guest.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received before 60 days prior to check-in date, 01 night room tariff will be charged as retention.
  • Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to check in date Full retention (no refund will be made)

  • The above rates apply for durations of 8hrs/80kms .After that any additional time or distance beyond these limits will incur extra charges as specified above.
  • Charges will be assessed from garage to garage & toll parking fees applied as per actual.
  • Driver Night Bata 1500 & Rep 4500.
  • GST of 18% would be applicable.

Booking Guarantee:

  • To secure your transport , a 100% advance payment towards the transport(s) booked is required.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% cancellation charges are applicable post confirmation on payment receipt.
