When a Cancellation is Made

The Client must communicate cancellation requests in writing to LGT Holidays at the office address during office hours. The cancellation notice period will commence upon receipt of the written request. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

60 Days before departure 25% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Between 60 – 45 days before departure 50% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Between 45 – 30 days before departure 75% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Within 30 days to the date of departure 100% of the tour cost
In case of No-Show 100% of the tour cost
Additional Charges
  • In the event of cancellation, any expenses incurred by LGT Holidays on visas, medical insurance, and administrative charges will be payable by the Client.
  • If the cancellation charges exceed the amount paid, the Client must settle the balance within 30 days.

For third-party products and services, cancellation rules and charges from the respective service providers will apply.

Refund Policy
  • There are no refunds for any unutilized services for any reason, including but not limited to, tour cancellations due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure events.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed in the name of the Corporate / Client and may take at least 45 days to process.
  • For any refunds related to foreign currency components, the refund will be made in Indian Rupees at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund.
  • All refunds will incur a management fee of 5% on the total refund amount.

  • LGT Business Connextions Ltd. reserves the right to amend these policies at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@lgtholidays.com.

  • Cancellation charges apply to the total tour cost, including taxes and service fees.

  • Non-refundable services (such as visa fees, insurance, and government taxes) will not be eligible for a refund.
