Wilfred Selvaraj is the promoters and managing director of our company. He has graduated as Bachelor of Arts from Bharathidasan University in the year of 1992. He holds more than 30 years of rich experience in the field of travelling industry. Mr. Wilfred has started his career as senior executive in International House Limited in 1994. Thereafter he worked as executive sales with Paradise Hill resort from 1994 to 1996, senior executive sales and operations with orbit trade fairs & tours from 1996 to 1998, Senior Executive outbound with Sita world travel India Limited from 1998 to 1999. He then joined International Travel House Limited as branch manager in 1999, he then promoted to outbound tour head in 2003, regional manager in 2006 and worked with international travel house limited till 2008. Thereafter he joined TUI India in 2008 to 2016 where he actively engaged in launching the TUI brand in South India, growing the team from 2 to 63 employees and significantly increasing travel bookings during his tenure. Thereafter he is associated with Goomo Orbit Tours & Travels Private Limited in 2016 to 2019 as Assistant Vice president. Meanwhile he has also incorporated our company in the year of 2016 and started service as managing director in the year of 2020. Since then, he is guiding the company and look after the overall business operations of the Company.

Padma Wilfred promoter and whole-time director of our company. She has completed his graduation with Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) in the year of 1995 from University of Madras and also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). She has started her career from Thermax Limited as front office executive from 1996 till 1997, thereafter she worked with Getit Yellow Pages as tele sales executive from 1997 till 2000. Then after a long gap of her career she became a RERA Registered Agent and has obtained certification of TN RERA Registered Agent from Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority. She is having more than 12 years of expertise in Chennai’s real estate market, she specializes in luxury flats resale, residential bungalows sales/rentals, commercial property sales/rentals/leasing, and real estate consulting. As a TN RERA Registered Agent and Chennai Real Estate Agents Association Board Member, she excels in communication, negotiation, and local market knowledge. Meanwhile he has also incorporated our company in the year of 2016 and started service as managing director in the year of 2020. Since then, he is guiding the company and look after the overall business operations of the Company. Further she was also associated with incorporation of our and since then she was associated with the Company as director. She along with our managing director is guiding the company and looking into the overall business operations of the Company.

Singaravelou P more than 20 years of rich experience in the field of travelling industry. He is an MBA graduate (tourism administration) in the year of 2004. He has started his career as trainee (Operations) in Hi Tours India Private Limited from 2004 to 2005. After completion of training, he started working with carlson wagonlit travel as Executive (Operations) from 2005 to 2012. Thereafter he worked as Deputy Manager (Operations) with TUI Group from 2012 to 2014, Product head with Mapp Your Trous from 2014 to 2016, Senior manager Regional (Operations) from 2017 to 2019. Presently he is serving as executive director of FSH Business Ventures Private Limited. To leverage his extensive expertise and valuable insights and to provide strategic guidance and support to the Board he is associates with our Company as Non-Executive Director.

Ramesh Raja is the Vice President of Finance & Treasury and Whole time director of our company. He is been an integral part of the Company since its inception in 2016. With an MBA in Finance and 19 years of experience, Ramesh has developed expertise in financial management, strategic planning, financial reporting, and treasury management. He leads a team focused on accurate financial reporting, efficient treasury management, and risk mitigation. His strategic insights and robust financial planning are key to the company’s success, fostering a culture of financial integrity and long-term value for stakeholders. Prior to joining LGT Business Connextions, Ramesh held senior positions at Mica Fab India Private Limited, Waves Clothing Private Limited, and Fiesta Car Rental Services Private Limited, where he honed his skills in financial strategy and operations.

Ms. Deepti Mantri is an accomplished professional and currently serves as an Executive and Whole-Time Director of our Company. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Administration from Bangalore University, earned in 2002, and have more than 20 years of extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry. Ms. Deepti began her career in 2002 as a Leisure Consultant at The Vacation Store, where she worked until 2003. She then joined SOTC Travel Limited as a Retail Head from 2003 to 2005. Thereafter took on the role of Leisure Manager at Travel Tours Private Limited (2005–2007) and subsequently at International Travel House Limited (2008–2010). Thereafter from 2010 to 2017, she worked as Assistant General Manager at TUI Travel, followed by her tenure as MICE Head at Goomo from 2017 to 2020. In 2022, she joined our Company as Tour and travel Head (operations) for Telangana & Hyderabad. With her consistent dedication and proven expertise, she has now been elevated to the position of Director.

Mr. Tijo is executive and whole-time director of our company. He has completed his Master of Tourism Administration from Bangalore University in 2005 and with Bachelor of Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala in 2003.

With over 19 years of extensive experience in the tourism industry, Mr. Tijo began his career as an Executive at International Travel House, where he worked from 2005 to 2007. He subsequently worked with various organization including Thomas Cook (India) Limited as Senior Customer Service Executive from 2007 to 2009, TUI as Branch Manager from 2009 to 2015, Mapp Your Tours as Branch Manager from 2015 to 2016, and Goomo Orbit – Corporate and Leisure Travel (India) Limited as Regional Head – Kerala from 2016 to 2020. Since 2020, he is associated with the Company as Head of the Kerala Division and also serve as the Sr. Director of LGT Indiajournez.

Sivaji Gollapelli is executive and whole-time director of our company. He is graduated from Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in the year of 2009 and also holds Masters of Business Administration( MBA) completed from Pondicherry University in 2010. He holds more than 14 years of vast experience in the field of travelling industry. Mr. Sivaji Gollapelli has started his career as Executive in Southern Travels Private Limited in 2011 to 2012. Thereafter he worked as Team Leader & Manager with Xenia Adobe Services from 2012 to 2018. He then joined our company in the year of 2018 and since then he is working with us for more than 6 years. Presently, Mr. Sivaji Gollapelli is looking after the Hotel stays, Luxe living and HR Department.

Manohar V is a practicing lawyer. He has completed its Bachelors of Law from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai and have enrolled with bar council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the year of 1997. Mr. Manoharan V possess more than 25 years of experience in the legal field. He has started his career as Junior Counsel under Mr. C. Selvaraj, Senior Advocate, High Court of Madras from 1997 to 2007. Thereafter he became a government advocate (writ side), high court of Madras as well as providing legal advisory to Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board. Then in the year of 2011 he has started his own independent legal practice and since then he is practicing at high Court of madras on civil, writ, corporate, and regulatory matters. Currently he is associated with our Company as Independent Director to guide our company in relation to legal matters.

Velayutham Anburaj is a seasoned professional with expertise of more than 37 years in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector with strong understanding of banking regulations and operations, strategic planning in banking. He completed his post-graduation in the year of 1984 as master of commerce from Bharathidasan University and also completed MBA (Banking and Finance) from Alagappa University in 2011. He started his career with Karur Vysya Bank in 1986 as clerk. With his leadership skills and understanding the business he was engaged with various roles in branch banking and headed the strategic branches like Mumbai Fort, Chennai Anna Nagar, Karur, and Chennai T Nagar till 2017. He then promoted as Divisional Manager of the bank in the rank of DGM in 2017 to head the Chennai Division of the Bank. As DM he was managing the business development, Collections and recovery, third party product selling, branch openings, and strategic planning and managing 50 branches in the Division. In the year 2020 he was promoted as General Manager of the bank for heading the Commercial Banking group of the bank and also Agri banking and Transactional banking group. Further, he was also responsible for collection and recovery, creating strategic partnerships with various Fintech companies and NBFCs to expand the business sourcing opportunities. He has retired from the bank on 31 May 2023 and currently he is associated with our Company as Independent Director.

Susanta Kumar Dehury is a Company Secretary and the founder of SKD & Associates, with over 18 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, IPOs, and legal due diligence. A Fellow Member of ICSI, he has taken actively part in various IPO listings on the NSE SME platform and has served as Secretarial Auditor for multiple SME listed companies, where he excelled at managing shareholder agreements, NCLT matters, and SEBI compliance. Currently he is associated with our Company as Independent Director.

Ujjwal Kumar is an Independent Director at our Company and also serves as the Director of Arka Consulting & Financial Advisory Private Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the ICAI, Ujjwal has 5 years of industry experience and specializes in audit, tax, GST compliance, and corporate advisory services. His key area of practice includes providing comprehensive tax, GST, and corporate compliance services, as well as in overseeing strategic planning, client relations, and operational efficiency. In addition to his role as an Independent Director, Ujjwal is the proprietor of his own audit firm, Ujjwal Kumar & Associates, where he specializes in statutory audits, tax audits, and GST compliance.

Mr. Dhawal Bhute holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree along with professional diplomas in Travel & Tourism and IATA/UFTAA certification. He is conversant with Galileo and Amadeus CRS systems. He is a seasoned travel and MICE industry professional with over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate travel, international sales, and event management. He has held senior management and board-level positions with reputed organizations such as Kuoni Travel India Ltd, Cox & Kings India Pvt Ltd, Le Passage to India, and Orbit Corporate & Leisure Pvt Ltd. He also co-founded and led Tibro Tours Pvt Ltd from 2018 to 2025, where he was instrumental in defining business strategy and driving operational growth.

Mr. Chintan Chheda is an entrepreneur with strong domain expertise in international trade fair participation, corporate travel solutions, and strategic market expansion. With a background in engineering and management, he brings a structured, systems-driven approach to building scalable travel businesses. Mr. Chheda is recognized for combining corporate discipline with entrepreneurial agility. His experience in building structured trade participation models and scaling national sales networks is expected to contribute meaningfully to the strategic growth initiatives of LGT Business Connextions Limited, particularly in expanding structured B2B travel and international business engagement verticals.

Mrs. Namrata holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree along with professional degree from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a qualified professional with experience with over ten years of post-qualification experience in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She is registered with the Independent Director’s Databank since 6th July 2025 – and having Qualified the Online Proficiency Self – Assessment Test Conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
