Additional Charges
  • In the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by LGT Business Connextions Ltd. on visas, medical insurance, and administrative charges will be payable by the Client.
  • If the cancellation charges exceed the amount paid, the Client must settle the balance within 30 days.
  • For third-party products and services, cancellation rules and charges from the respective service providers will apply.
Refund Policy
  • There are no refunds for any unutilized services, including but not limited to tour cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond the control of LGT Business Connextions Limited.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed in the name of LGT Business Connextions limited and may take at least 45 days to process.
  • Refunds related to foreign currency components will be made in Indian Rupees at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund.
  • All refunds will incur a management fee of 5% on the total refund amount.
