Itinerary

Day 1: Port Blair Arrival – Arrival and transfer to Havelock – Radhanagar Beach Sunset 
  • On arrival at Veer Savarkar Airport, our travel executive would receive and escort you to the harbor for onward travel to Havelock.
  • Get on to the luxury AC cruise and enjoy the scenic beauty of Andaman sea as you travel to Havelock, the most sought after tourist destination in Andamans.
  • On arrival at Havelock jetty you will be received by our tour manager and transferred to your hotel.
  • Post check in visit Radhanagar beach for a mesmerizing sunset view.
  • Radhanagar is a blue flag certified beach and has been rated the best beach in Asia by Time Magazine.
  • Overnight stay in Havelock.
Day 2: Havelock – Visit Elephant Beach & Kalapathar Beach
  • Have breakfast at the property.
  • Embark on the most memorable trip to Elephant Beach. It is one of the best places to visit at Andaman.
  • This place is ideal for water activities. Visit to Kalapathar Beach.
  • Kalapathar Beach is famous for its turquoise blue waters, this beach offer snorkelers, palm, blue shallow water and are the perfect spot for swimming. Return back to hotel.
  • Head back to your resort & enjoy your peaceful stay at Havelock Island.
  • Elephanta beach is the ideal place for water activities and for leisure tour. It is rich in coral reef structure and underwater marine life.

Day 3: Havelock to Neil Island – Transfer And Natural Bridge & Laxmanpur Beach
  • Morning Proceed Neil Island by Private ferry.
  • On arrival at Neil Island, our staff will receive you and drop you to resort. – Proceed to cover Laxmanpur beach and Natural bridge.
  • Overnight stay in Neil Island hotel.
Day 4: Neil Island to Port Blair – Bharatpur Beach And Transfer
  • Today check-out from your hotel and Proceed to cover Bharatpur Beach. The closest white sand beach to Neil dock, Bharatpur beach. The reef here is still unexplored and travelers can avail snorkeling, glass bottom boats rides and Jet Ski rides here.
  • Later proceed to Portblair by Private ferry. On arrival at Port blair, our staff will receive you and drop you to hotel.
  • Overnight stay in Port Blair hotel.
Day 5: Port Blair Departure – Time to Head Back Home
  • After a delicious breakfast at the hotel in the morning.
  • Enjoy a seamless airport transfer, ensuring a smooth journey to the airport for your departure.

To confirm and secure your tour services, payments must be made as follows:
  • On acceptance of the tour & confirmation for blocking of services: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 30 days before departure of the tour: 50% of the remaining tour cost.

When a Cancellation is Made

The Client must communicate cancellation requests in writing to LGT Holidays at the office address during office hours. The cancellation notice period will commence upon receipt of the written request. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

Cancellation Period Cancellation Charges Per Person
60 Days before departure 25% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Between 60 – 45 days before departure 50% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Between 45 – 30 days before departure 75% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Within 30 days to the date of departure 100% of the tour cost
In case of No-Show 100% of the tour cost
Additional Charges
  • In the event of cancellation, any expenses incurred by LGT Holidays on visas, medical insurance, and administrative charges will be payable by the Client.
  • If the cancellation charges exceed the amount paid, the Client must settle the balance within 30 days.

For third-party products and services, cancellation rules and charges from the respective service providers will apply.

Refund Policy
  • There are no refunds for any unutilized services for any reason, including but not limited to, tour cancellations due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure events.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed in the name of the Corporate / Client and may take at least 45 days to process.
  • For any refunds related to foreign currency components, the refund will be made in Indian Rupees at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund.
  • All refunds will incur a management fee of 5% on the total refund amount.

  • LGT Business Connextions Ltd. reserves the right to amend these policies at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@lgtholidays.com.
  • Cancellation charges apply to the total tour cost, including taxes and service fees.
  • Non-refundable services (such as visa fees, insurance, and government taxes) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Special promotional offers and discounted packages may have unique cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
