Day 1: Arrival in Phnom Penh
  • Arriving in Phnom Penh International airport.
  • Meet & greet by our representative and transfer to the Hotel for check in.
  • Rest of the day is in Leisure, you can explore the near by places on your own.
  • Transfer back to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Phnom Penh full day city tour with sunset boat cruise
  • After breakfast at the Hotel.
  • We explore the Royal Palace & Silver Pagoda.
  • Transfer back to the Hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Phnom Penh bus to Siem reap
  • After delicious breakfast at the hotel checkout.
  • Transfer to Siem reap.
  • After reaching Siem Reap transfer to Hotel for Check in.
  • After freshen up at the Hotel. Evening meet at the hotel lobby.
  • We leave to enjoy tasty dinner followed by a traditional Apsara dance.
  • Transfer back to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Siem reap Chong Kneas floating Village & City Tour
  • After breakfast at the Hotel.
  • We visit Chong Kneas floating Village & take a boat ride in traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap.
  • Today afternoon we visit senteurs D’Angkor new workshop (opens Monday to Friday).
  • During your visit you can taste several flavoured local Coffee, Flavoured tea, Exotic Jams etc.
  • Overnight stay in Siem reap.
Day 5: Siem Reap – Angkor Complex Tour
  • After breakfast, checkout from the hotel.
  • We explore South gate of Angkor Thom known as Big Angkor. Visit Bayon Temple, Terrace of elephants is Impressive.
  • Last Visit Ta Prohm Temple which is a wonderful Combination of Human Genius & Natural Beauty.
  • This afternoon we can visit the Angkor Wat Temple, the Cambodia’s ancient temple.
  • Overnight in Siem reap.
Day 6: Departure
  • After breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check out from the Hotel & transfer to airport to fly back home with beautiful memories.

To confirm and secure your tour services, payments must be made as follows:
  • On acceptance of the tour & confirmation for blocking of services: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 30 days before departure of the tour: 50% of the remaining tour cost.

When a Cancellation is Made

The Client must communicate cancellation requests in writing to LGT Holidays at the office address during office hours. The cancellation notice period will commence upon receipt of the written request. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

60 Days before departure 25% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Between 60 – 45 days before departure 50% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Between 45 – 30 days before departure 75% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Within 30 days to the date of departure 100% of the tour cost
In case of No-Show 100% of the tour cost
Additional Charges
  • In the event of cancellation, any expenses incurred by LGT Holidays on visas, medical insurance, and administrative charges will be payable by the Client.
  • If the cancellation charges exceed the amount paid, the Client must settle the balance within 30 days.

For third-party products and services, cancellation rules and charges from the respective service providers will apply.

Refund Policy
  • There are no refunds for any unutilized services for any reason, including but not limited to, tour cancellations due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure events.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed in the name of the Corporate / Client and may take at least 45 days to process.
  • For any refunds related to foreign currency components, the refund will be made in Indian Rupees at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund.
  • All refunds will incur a management fee of 5% on the total refund amount.

  • LGT Business Connextions Ltd. reserves the right to amend these policies at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@lgtholidays.com.
  • Cancellation charges apply to the total tour cost, including taxes and service fees.
  • Non-refundable services (such as visa fees, insurance, and government taxes) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Special promotional offers and discounted packages may have unique cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
