Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul
  • Welcome to Turkey!
  • Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport, you’ll be met and assisted by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel.
  • Once known as Byzantium and later Constantinople, Istanbul is a city that spans two continents — Europe and Asia — blending ancient history with vibrant culture.
  • Enjoy your evening and relax.
  • Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2: Istanbul City Tour
  • Discover the Byzantine and Ottoman gems of Istanbul.
  • Hagia Sophia (St. Sophia) – Former Christian Basilica, then a mosque, and now a mosque again.
  • Blue Mosque – Renowned for its six minarets and striking blue tiles.

  • Overnight in Canakkale.
Day 5: Pergamon, Thyatira & Izmir
  • Pergamon (Bergama) – Site of one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Explore the Acropolis, Asklepieion, Altar of Zeus, and Red Basilica.
  • Thyatira (Akhisar) – Another of the Seven Churches; see basilica ruins and Roman fragments.

Day 6: Sardis, Philadelphia & Hierapolis

Day 7: Laodicea, Aphrodisias & Kusadasi

  • Aphrodisias – Visit the ancient stadium, Temple of Aphrodite, and the Bishop’s Palace.
  • Arrive in the lovely coastal resort town of Kusadasi.

Day 8: Ephesus Tour

Fly or transfer back to Istanbul in the evening.

Day 9: Istanbul – End of Tour

When a Cancellation is Made

Between 45 – 30 days before departure 75% of the tour cost or Supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher
Within 30 days to the date of departure 100% of the tour cost
In case of No-Show 100% of the tour cost
Additional Charges
  • In the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by LGT Business Connextions Ltd. on visas, medical insurance, and administrative charges will be payable by the Client.
  • If the cancellation charges exceed the amount paid, the Client must settle the balance within 30 days.
  • For third-party products and services, cancellation rules and charges from the respective service providers will apply.
Refund Policy
  • There are no refunds for any unutilized services, including but not limited to tour cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond the control of LGT Business Connextions Limited.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed in the name of LGT Business Connextions limited and may take at least 45 days to process.
  • Refunds related to foreign currency components will be made in Indian Rupees at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund.
  • All refunds will incur a management fee of 5% on the total refund amount.

  • LGT Business Connextions Ltd. reserves the right to amend these policies at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@lgtholidays.com.
